3 Bridesmaids will start getting hair/make-up done at 3 AM.

Priest arrives for prayer before departing at Elizabeth's house; then priest will go to Jyothish's house for prayer at 8:30 AM.
Photographers and videographers arrive for filming us getting ready for the ceremony in between 8 - 9 AM

Depart to church through Limos
Church to have reserved signs in place, rope to block off aisle, unity candle in place, and entrance signage
Arrive at church and go to assigned rooms.
Guests start to arrive.
Guests are ushered to seating in the church.
Ceremony starts.

Ceremony continues:
State which section of the ceremony we expect to be at.
Vendors arrive at Martins West (Between 10:30-12)
1) DJ/EMCEE setting uplighting and sound systems
2) RJ (floral decorations) set up stage and centerpieces
3) Sheet and Faux cakes delivered.
4) Photobooth
5) Someone brings audio guest book and Card Box
6) Slideshow playing for guests
Ceremony ends around 11:15. Guests leave for reception and family photoshoot begins.

Ballroom opens
Appetizer hour starts (people finding seats)
Photo booth and Audio book opens for guests. Slideshow playing for guests

1:10 PM: Achen Pray
1:10 PM-1:15 PM: First Couple Dance
1:15 PM-1:20 PM: Cut the cake and couple sits down on stage
1:20 PM-1:25 PM: Pala Ceremony with moms (Groom's mom gives milk to bride; Bride's mom gives milk to groom)
1:25-1:30 PM: Mother-Son dance
1:30-1:40 PM: Father speeches (J's dad first, then E's dad)
1:40-1:45 PM: Father-Daughter dance
1:45 PM-2:45 PM: Lunch
1:45 PM-2:35 PM: Bride & Groom change
