Draft Timeline:

Hair and Makeup from 3AM-7AM by Asal Studios for bride and bridesmaids at bride's home.

6:30 AM: Photo/Video crew arrive to separate homes and take photos/video

*Keep bride & groom apart from seeing each other

8 AM-8:45 AM: At separate houses, prayers with Priest and family blessings and photos/videos.

8:45 AM: Bride & Groom depart for the church (Bride/bridesmaids transport by DTS; Thoroughbred transport Groom/groomsmen)

9:30 AM: Wedding party arrives and goes to assigned rooms.

9:30 AM-10 AM: Guests arrive

9:30 am - Thoroughbred drops off Bride & Bridal Party

10 AM: Ceremony starts

11:15 AM: Ceremony ends. Guests leave for reception.

11:15-12:30 PM: Family photoshoot in church

12:30 PM-1 PM: Wedding party leaves in limo to MW

12:30 PM: Ballroom opens

12:30 PM-1:30 PM: Appetizer Hour (photobooth, guestbook, slideshow, music for entertainment)

1 PM: Wedding Party arrive at Martin's West

1 PM-1:30 PM: Wedding Party undergo photoshoot inside

1:30 PM - DTS service ends

1:30 PM-1:40 PM: Wedding party entrance and then sit-down except for couple - introduce as a group

1:45 PM-1:50 PM: Cut the cake and couple sits down on stage

1:50 PM-1:55 PM: Pala Ceremony with moms (milk ceremony - they need 2 mugs)

2 PM-2:10 PM: Father speeches (J's dad first, then E's dad) Champagne (non-alcoholic) toast

2:15 PM-2:40PM: Bride & Groom change and then couple pictures after getting ready

2:40 PM: 2nd entrance. Announce Dessert.

There is 1 main officiant (Rev. Alex Kolath) and 3 other priests who will be helping (they will also be helping read through the ceremony), and 1 lay leader (my cousin Jeffrey Thomas). 1 priest will do a prayer at Eliz's house at 8 AM and then go to Jyothish's house for his prayer at 8:30 AM.

5/13 - EM response to Eliz's EM can we move flowers from church to venue:

  • Depending on how heavy and large the church flowers are, we may be able to transport them. Eliz's family will help move flowers into and out of transport van.
