You have planned every part of your wedding but might be feeling nervous about how the day is going to go since you'll be a little busy being the bride! This service if for you!
Our process is to chat with you before your wedding day to gather all the details so that we know exactly
how you want things on your wedding day! !
Day of Coordination Process

*Customized Portal containing all your wedding details
*Pre-meetings to gather all the details of your wedding
*We get copies of your contracts so that if something would go amiss with a vendor, we have the contracts and are able to work out any glitches on your behalf
*Attendance at the final walkthrough meeting at the venue with the caterer
*Creation of a detailed Timeline that gets shared with your vendors
*Rehearsal Coordination
*On-site management for up to 10 hours
*Set up your personal items such as, for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and
reception
*Greeting vendors and making sure they are all present
*Working out any logistical questions with the other vendors
*Guidance of the bridal party and guests from the ceremony to the cocktail hour and to the reception.
*Preparation of a special exit
*Pack up personal items and get to a designated person at the end of the
wedding.
