Meet Tia, our incredible Lead Coordinator & Planner who joined our team in 2018. What started as a way to earn some extra cash quickly blossomed into a passion for making every special day perfect.

Her dedication and enthusiasm has made her my "go-to" coordinator.  She knows exactly what needs to be done and our clients absolutely adore her!

Outside of coordinating weddings and events, Tia balances her role as a Dental Assistant, but it's clear that her heart is all about creating unforgettable moments!

I had the honor of marrying her and her husband and they now a toddler boy who will call me Auntie Char!

Meet Cassidy who joined us in 2024!

After shadowing at her first wedding, she quickly realized her passion for becoming a lead coordinator and planner.  She's excited to learn from our talented team,

With the owner's recent move to Florida, Cassidy is stepping in as our Maryland Associate and she is doing a fabulous job!

Cassidy brings her love for traveling, baking, and triathlons to the mix. When she's not coordinating wedding and events, she coaches varsity and club field hockey, a sport she played in college

She enjoys life in Maryland as a single adventure-seeker!

We are thrilled to announce that Stefanie is back with Your Day Your Way!

With over 18 years of experience in wedding planning and coordination, she is truly one of the best in the field. After starting her own wedding planning business 18 years ago when she moved to Pennsylvania, she decided to rejoin our team, and we couldn't be more excited.

Stefanie continues to live in Pennsylvania with her family, and we are seeing the magic she brings to our clients once again!

Meet Hannah, who joined our team in 2024! Her passion for weddings and event planning blossomed when she coordinated her best friend's wedding in 2023, earning praise from the bridal party. Inspired by their feedback and recommendations, Hannah decided to pursue this path professionally.

We are thrilled to have her on board, as she shares our excitement for weddings and events. Hannah possesses a remarkable talent for organizing and bringing event visions to life. Currently training to become a lead coordinator, we have no doubt she'll rise to the challenge this year!

Hannah resides in Maryland and is currently single.

Meet Renee, who joined our team in 2022 and has quickly become an invaluable asset.  Renee possesses much grace and enthusiasm. With a passion for all things weddings, Renee has completed her training to become a Lead Coordinator and is coordinating our weddings with such passion and enthusiasm, it's contagious. 

In addition to her wedding expertise, she lends her skills in graphics and works as a Marketing Developer.

She and her husband built a new home on the Eastern Shore and she is our Lead Coordinator for the entire Eastern Shore area as well as Delaware.

Outside of work, Renee enjoys life with her husband and their two toddlers who keep them very busy!

Meara has been with our team for about a year.  Her background in assisting caterers has given Meara a keen understanding of almost every type of wedding.   Meara a very valuable asset and I fully expect her to bloom into a Lead Coordination position very shortly.

My name is Meara Meara Kuriny, I am an  Assistant Wedding Coordinator with Your Day Your Way. I am passionate about helping couples feel present and stress-free on their wedding day.

With a background in hospitality, I have a strong understanding of what it takes to keep events running smoothly behind the scenes.

I am currently a senior pursuing my bachelor’s degree in Communications, and love combining my organizational skills and people-focused approach to help create meaningful and memorable celebrations

Meet Rebbie, Tia's incredible sister! When Tia enlisted Rebbie to assist with a wedding, little did they know it would spark a beautiful journey. Rebbie dove right in, completing my Lead Coordinator Class, and from there, it was history in the making!

After her move to Delaware, I reached out to see if she'd be interested in coordinating weddings on the Eastern Shore and in Delaware, and she enthusiastically said YES!

Balancing her newfound passion with her role as a mom to a son and a toddler daughter, Rebbie is ready to make your special day unforgettable!

Emma is a valuable addition to our wedding and event  team! As my niece's best friend from childhood, she brings a unique blend of enthusiasm and dedication to each event. Her experience assisting with a tent rental company has equipped her with the skills needed for seamless event setups.

Currently single, Emma is ready to focus her energy on making every wedding and event memorable!

Lydia is a tattoo artist and can create a wedding or event tattoo if you so desire

Plus, she's currently single and ready to take on new adventures!"

When Chuck and I first crossed paths he eagerly stepped up to help with weddings, dubbing himself our "pack mule." His enthusiasm shone through as he opened boxes, packed up at the end of the night, and carried all the heavy stuff.

When the idea of a photo booth came up, his excitement was infectious, and I happily handed it over to him—after all, it became his baby!

With his outgoing nature and knack for making people laugh, Chuck truly brings the party to our photo booth, and to top it all off, he’s my wonderful husband!
