1:00-Hair and Makeup done

1:15 - Bride arrives and gets into her dress

1:50-2:15 - First Look photos

2:15 - back inside to hide from guests - photos inside

2:30 - Guests begin to arrive / DJ plays prelude music

3:00-3:30 - Ceremony

3:30-4:30 - Cocktail Hour

3:30-4:20 - Formal photos

4:20-Bridal party back inside to have refreshments and to bustle gown

4:30 - Coordinator will gather bridal party together for introductions / goes over table numbers with them (assistant)

4:30-4:45 - DJ announces for guests to go upstairs

4:45 - Introductions - Parents & Bridal Party will be seated

4:50 - First Dance - Upstairs

4:55 -Parent Dances - Upstairs

5:00 - Blessing over Food (Grooms' father)

5:05-6:05 Buffet is open

5:50 - Toasts by Maid of Honor and Best Man , once everyone has been through the buffet and has started eating

5:55 - Cake cutting - Upstairs

6:00-6:15 Guests move downstairs

6:15-6:30 - Bouquet / Garter Toss

6:30-6;50 - Anniversary Dance

6:50-7:10 - Apron Dance

7;10 - Dancing

8:30 - Late Night Snack

7:10-9:55 - Dancing

9:55 - Last Dance

10:00 - Wedding ends
