12:00 - Hair and Makeup finished

12:30 - Travel to Swan Harbor

1:00 - Bride & Bridal Party arrive at Swan Harbor

1:00 - Bride's mother arrives with Flowers

1:00 - Coordinators arrive

1:00 - Photographers arrive

1:30 - Bride gets into her dress with photos

1:30 - Groom and groomsmen arrive at Swan Harbor

2:00 - Groom and groomsmen get dressed

2:30-2:45 - 1st Look with Bride & Groom

2:45-3:10 - Bride & Groom with bridal party (both side)

3:10-3:25 - Bride & Groom with Parents

3:25 - Everyone inside to hide as guests begin to arrive

3:30 - Guests arrive

4:00-4:30 - Ceremony

4:30-5:30 - Cocktail Hour

4:30-4:40 - Photo of everyone at ceremony site

4:40-5:00 - Photos with Bride & Groom at the Pier

5:05 - Bride & Groom join the Cocktail Hour or go up to the bridal suite

5:30 - Guests are invited into the tent

5:35 - Coordinator lines up bridal party for Introductions

5:45 - Introductions

5:50 - First Dance

5:55 - Welcome Speech

6:00 - Blessing over th efood

6:05-7:05 - Buffet Dinner

6:55 - Toasts by Maid of Honor and Best Man toward the end of dinner

7:05 - Cake Cutting

7:10 - Parent Dances

7:15 - 8:45 - Dancing

8:45 - Guests are invited outside the tent for a special exit

8:55 - Bride & Groom do their Private Last Dance

9:00 - Special Exit - Wedding Ends

9:00-10:00 Vendors Clean up, Coodinators Pack up
