To Do:
- Get marriage license in Baltimore County (no sooner than Jan 21, 2025)
- Look into Scentsational Floral and Thistle and Twig (florists)
- Use minted 20% off discount code WEDPLYDYW (20% off) or WPWOODEN4DR7GUU ($75 credit)
- Add the order of who is walking down the aisle in the Wedding Party info block
- Look into getting a guest book, gift box, welcome sign, party favors, memorial pics, signature drinks with a sign
- Ask our dads if either/both of them want to do a welcome speech (2-5 minutes)
- Remember: cc Charlene on all email correspondence with vendors moving forward
October 15, 2024
- Get memorial photos with candle and 5X7 sign with memorial saying (can look on Etsy or Pintrest for ideas)
- Put together goodie bags for kids under 10 with things for them to do during the reception
- Come up with a medium to display program information (do not want to do printed programs)
- Book a hotel block at the Towson Sheraton on Dulaney Valley Rd (10 rooms, complementary block)
- Create an Uber code for our guests to use and provide a sign for the hotel to put at the front desk for our guests (can say something like 'Smith Wedding' with the date and instructions to use this code to get to the venue and back)
- Marshall should book his outfit sometime between thanksgiving and Christmas
- Plan a gift box for cards
- Make plans for ceremony arch that can also be put behind our sweetheart table during the reception
- Remember to plan flower clusters for the aisle, cocktail tables, and reception tables
- Design all signage needed
