12:30 - Girls get dressed

12:45 - Sophia gets into her dress

1:00 - Cole and groomsmen get dressed

2:00-3:00 - First Look

2:00-2;15 - Bride & Groom

2;15-2:30 - Bride & Groom with Bridal Party

2:30-3:00 - Bride & Groom with Parents

3:30 - Bride, Groom back into house to hide as guests begin to arrive

3:30 - Guests arrive

4:00-4:30 - Ceremony (I always allow 1/2 hour)

4:30-5:30 - Cocktail Hour

4:30-4:40 - Couples photos

4:45 - Sophia & Cole join the Cocktail Hour

5:30-9:30 - Reception

5:30 - Guests are invited into the tent (allow 10 min)

5:40 - Introductions

6:50 - Toasts by Maid of Honor & Best Man (or when bride & groom get back into the tent)

7:00-9:25 - Dancing/Party Time

8:10 - (estimated) Band Break / Family Group Photos on Dance Floor

8:30 - Photographers depart

9:20 - Last Dance

9:25 -Guests are invited outside for a surprise

9:25 - Fireworks

9:30-10:30 - After Party
