1;30 - Renee & Cassidy arrive at HC / Vendors in

1:30 - Caterer arrives - Anne, Rouge Catering

1:00 - Groom and groomsmen drop off their personal stuff for set up - leave on the ramp for Renee to get it in the building *they need to check in with the office to let them know they set up the corn hole game

1:15 - Groom and Groomsmen depart and go back to the Air BnB

1:30 - Groom and Groomsmen arrive back at the Air BnB

2:00 - Hair and makeup needs to finished

2:00 - Bridesmaids get dressed - they gather everything they need to take to HC

2:30 - Bride gets dressed

2:30 - Groom and Groomsmen depart the Air BnB and head for HC

3:00 - Groom & Groomsmen arrive at HC and get dressed (restroom); let coordinators know where you're going to hang out so you don't see Wanna when she arrives

3:30 - Bride & Bridesmaids depart for HC (text Stefanie and let her know when you're pulling up on the HC grounds.

4:00 - Bride & Bridesmaids arrive at HC (hide from groom and guests)

4:30-5:00 - Stationary Hors Dóeuveres Display (Deck)

4:30 - Bar opens

4:30 - Guests arrive - go to Deck to get a drink and hors d'euvres

4:30-Hide Bride & Groom from guests

4:30 Photographers arrive / photos with Joe / photos with Wanna (locations TBD)

4:50 - Ask guests to meander down to the ceremony site

5:00-5:15 Ceremony (Gardens)

5:15-6:30 Cocktail Hour (Gardens Deck) Games available sign (games under the deck-corn hole, jenga)

5;15-6:20-Photos after the ceremony / Bridal Party & Family

5:30-6:00 - Passed Hors Dóeuvres (after ceremony); guests can stay outside if it's not too hot

6:10-6:30 - Wanna changes into another dress - surprise for Joe **DON'T PUT THIS ON THE TIMELINE

6:20- Gather everyone inside - no assisgned seating (combo of round tables / hi-tops)

6:30 - Photographers depart

6:30-9;30 Reception

6:40 - Introductions:

  • Parents introduced from their seats
  • Bridal Party (include Steven, walks her down the aisle)
  • Bride & Groom

7:00-9:00 - Coffee Bar on Deck *times need to be changed and we need confirmation of change- *confirmed with vendor

6:35 - First Dance

Mother/Son Dance

6:40-6:55 - DJ will invite everyone to the floor to dance while the food stations are opening

6:55-7:55 - Dinner (stations)

7:00 - Coffee Bar opens

7:45 - Speeches (MOH & BM, 2 brother s of the groom, Kyle & Spencer)

8:00 - Desserts are displayed

8:00 - Put favor goodie bags out on the deck

Dancing - sprinkled in while apps / stations are open

8:30 - DJ will make announcement, both Bar & coffee bar close at 9 pm

9:00 - Bar closes; Coffee Bar closes

9:30 - Wedding Ends

9:30-11:00 - Clean up / Pack up

 

Rain Plan: Inside - Rouge will move sweetheart table to the side and set up a few chairs and the rest of the guests will stand
