11:00 am - Groom, Father, and Brothers bring all items for set up - (flowrs, vase, meml photos, signage & stands, table numbers and stands, reserved seating & ribbon, bathroom baskets, tealights candles, bud vases, party sunglasses, kazoos, ribbon exits, guest book, sharpies, polaroids, ring box & rings, bouquets, snacks, desserts, wedding favors, & kids activities under the tent - place under the main tent

NOTE: Yep we worked with the DJ to have the additional set up in the main tent for speeches, first dance, parents dances, and general dinner music. We should be all straight with them.
