8:00 - Access to the Seaplane Base / girls arriving 8:00 am / (11 girls) 3 total hair and makeup people
8:00 - All boxes will be dropped off and put under the tent
11:00 - Zachary and Groomsmen arrive - getting ready at venue / bank building

1:00 - Hair and Makeup needs to be finished
12:00 - both photographers arrive - if 10 hours - one with bride & one with groom
