UNLOAD CAR

• Unload their car when they get there
• We are not handling the arch - their friends will set it in the place where it is to be

WELCOME TABLE

• Set up Welcome Table

CEREMONY:

• Decorate arch for ceremony (8' high) - take ladder
• Set up 45 chairs - the chairs must be placed in the ceremony site - we will not move them from a distance
• Set up sand ceremony table

RECEPTION

• Set up backdrop for behind sweetheart table
• Set up Memorial Table - she will provide a photo with the arrangement
• Set up her personal items in the reception room
• She will end me a floor plan showing the tables and where her items are to be placed
