Draft Suggested Timeline

1:00 - Hair & Makeup finished

1:15 - Brides gets into wedding gown

2:00 - Groom gets dressed

2:30-3:30 Photos

3:30 - Bridal party back inside as guests begin to arrive

3:30-3:45 - Guests arrive and go to Welcome Area and are greeted with a welcome drink

3:45 - Guests are directed to the ceremony site

4:00-4:30 - Ceremony

4:30-5:30 - Cocktail Hour - Garage/Patio - Photo area with backdrop

4:30-4:50 - Formal photos

4:50-5:20 Bride & Groom join the Cocktail Hour

5:20 - Coordinators get bridal party to a private area to bustle gown and freshen up

5:30 - Guest are asked to be seated in the tent

5:40 - Introductions of Bridal Party

5:50 - First Dance

5:55 - Welcome Speech

6:00-7:00 - Dinner

6:50 - Toasts (toward the end of dinner)

7:00 - Cake Cutting

7:10 - Parent Dances

7:15 - If there are any traditions such as cultural dances, money dance, etc., it should be done now

7:30-9:00 - Dancing

9:00 - Bouquet/Garter toss if you're doing

9:15-9:55 - Dancing

9:55 - Last Dance

10:00 - Reception Ends

 

*If you are doing a special exit with a private dance

9:45 - Guest are asked to go outside the tent to a designated area and grab the special exit item

9:55 - Bride & Groom do a private last dance with only photographer, Videographer, and DJ under the tent - no other Staff

10:00 - Special Exit

 

What's Next?

 

*Confirm which of these dates will work best to set up future meetings in June, July, August September

1. 6/3 or 6/17 - Walkthrough at property

2. Please confirm that Zoom Meetings are okay anytime between 1-6:30 pm: 6/26 (Mon), 7/11 (Tues), 7/24 (Mon), 8/14 (Mon), 8/28 (Mon), 9/5 (Tues), 9/11 (Mon), 9/18 (Mon).

1. You can update any section by hitting Update under each section but I will be going over this in detail in our meetings and will fill in the details as we go.

2. Under the TO DO LIST section is where a have a Draft Suggested timeline as well as these What's Next Steps.

3. The CHECKLIST is the planning calendar I use and I will also be going over this in our meetings.

4. Under the Update Details, please attach a copiy of the vendor contract you’ve booked for each vendor.

5. Keep me in the loop with all future emails to vendors.
