Hi Cassidy:

I see that you set up Michelle & Dennis' portal.  I made some updates.  Also, I labeled the Checklist with months that things need to be done.  For our next meeting, we need to go over these items:

1.  Are they creating a website and or registry?

2.  Does she have her gown:

3.  Will she have anything like a butterfly release, dove release or hawk?

4.  They need to get their marriage license in Baltimore County.

5.  Find hair and makeup artists.  Does she have anyone in mind?

6.  It's time to order wedding party attire and accessories.

7.  Does she need to block hotel rooms for out of town guests?

8.  Does she need overnight accommodations for their wedding night?

9.  Find cake bakeries:  Yia Yias.  It cost $25 for a tasting which they will deduct from their order if booked through them.  Or small cake with cupcakes and or desserts from SPCC.  There is a Herman's Bakery right up the street if they want a small cake.

10.  Order and Send wedding invitations asap.  Recommend Kindly RSVP, Rachel.  Michelle can look at their website and then you can set up a virtual appointment.

11.  Printing of signage, such as Welcome Sign, Table Numbers, Seating Chart, etc.  This can be done through Rachel at the same time as ordering invitations. This is on the Checklist for October, but can be done at the same time as invitations.

12.  Does Dennis have his Tux or Suit?

13.  Does she still want a Caricature Artist?  Caricature Concepts, Caricatures by Rick, Dylan Draws Stuff (all in the rolodex in Timeline Genius).

14.  Ask Sparrows Point about a rehearsal date.  I don't see it included in the contract.  Ask Emma.

15.  Do they want a Sedan for their exit?  If so, Thoroughbred Sedan, Sarah Orem, has the best rates for Sedans.

16.  Purchase gifts for the bridal party and parents.

This brings us up to date through the end of September.  Some of this can be sent to her in the form of an email.

I'd like to also send her an email with some of the detail questions that are on the Portal, but let's get the Checklist caught up first.  Let me know if you need to do something.

9/25/25 Summary of call with Michelle, Dennis, & Photographer

Hi Everyone:

As requested, attached is the budget.  I am unable to pull up the DJ contract for the total cost, so that amount needs to be filled in.

Summary of call:1.  We talked to Rob about a 5 hour package @ $1850 which would include engagement photos at Howard Conservancy and pre-ceremony photos.  Those photos would probably start at 4:00 since he needs 45 min.  So your time for photos would be from 3:00-8:00.  Or, we could shift it from 2:30-7:30.

2.  You have your own hair and makeup vendors.

3.  You are checking with your photographer friend to see if they're available and what their pricing looks like.

4.  You no longer want a caricature artist since you have the photo booth.  

5.  You purchased an additional hour for the bridal suite and you and your girls will arrive at 10 am.  Dennis does not need to be in the locker room with the pool table.

6.  Next week, you're available for calls from Wed-Sat after 3:30 or 4:30.

7.  We talked about purchasing a small cake from Herman's Bakery (right  up the street from SPCC.)  

8.  Cassidy will check with Emma about three things:  (1) if you are able to bring in outside desserts (2) If the groom's room is included in the amount you paid for the bridal suite (3) what date the rehearsal will be on.

Cassidy wlll continue her search as soon as you give her your florist selections.

You told me where your rehearsal dinner is going to be, but I didn't write it down.  Please let us know what time you reserved it for and where it's going to be so we can plan the rehearsal time accordingly.
