There are white table cloths for 7 tables (mixture of long and small)
Deocrations will go on the ends of the table because the meal is family style and serving dishes will be in the center

Decorate Sweetheart Table

Backdrop for the back of the sweetheart table - if it's windy tie the frame to the poles
There is sage draping for the front of the table
The Florist will put a floral piece on the side of the table at one of the swags
If there's room put a few decor items on the top of the table

There will be 2 hi-tops put together for the cake and groom's cake
Bride's mother is providing the cake knife and server
Guitarist will sit by the plug at the entrance between cocktail hour room and reception outdoor area
A red and a white wine will be set on each table

Stefanie will have the main doors open and will direct the guests to the ceremony room (TBD)

Some guests that aren't invited to the ceremony could show up early

Bride, Groom, Bride's Father, and Stefanie depart Rawlings Conservatory and head for the Marina. Stefanie will leave her car at the Marina.

All get on the boat and head for Bayside Cantina
Bride will change clothes in the cabin on the boat

Appetizers buffet will be available in the Cocktail Area building
Guests arrive at Bayside Cantina - Charlene will direct them to the Cocktail Hour building
Charlene will see if she can get someone to unlock the small gate

Photos with the couple on the boat (Stefanie is available to help)

While Stefanie is helping the couple to get off the boat, Charlene will get the guests seated in the outer Reception area,
Bride & Groom will be introduced into the Reception area (Charlene will introduce them - need to know how they want to be introduced)
Bride & Groom will do their 1st Dance
Bride will dance with her father
