  • 3:20: Bride back to bridal suite to hide

  • Photos of Groom outside with parents and groomsmen

  • 4:15: Groom back to bridal suite

  • Guests arrive for the ceremony

  • Cocktail hour
  • Formal photos with everyone

  • 6:15: Bride & Groom back to the bridal suite to bustle gown and have refreshments

  • Guests gather in the dance area
  • 6:40: Introductions of bridal party and Bride & Groom
  • 6:45: 1st dance
  • 6:50: Welcome speeches by fathers of the Bride & Groom

7:00PM

  • Buffet opens
  • Dinner

7:30PM

  • 7:45: Maid of Honor and Best Man toasts
  • 7:55: Cake cutting

8:00PM

  • Singles are invited onto the dance floor for bouquet toss & garter toss
  • 8:15: Dancing
  • 8:20: Golden Hour sunset photos (Bride & Groom only)

  • Wedding ends
  • Vendor cleanup
  • Limo picks up Bride, Groom, & Wedding Party to go to after party (bubbles exit)
