DRAFT TIMELINE

9:00 - Everyone meet up for Hair and Makeup

9:15-11;15 - Hair and Makeup for wedding party and mom

11:15-12:15 - Bride's Hair

12:15 - 1;15 - Bride's Makeup

1:30 - Everyone takes a break, gets some refreshments, bathroom breaks, etc.

2:00 - Photographers arrive, Heather & Rob

2:00 - Groom and his men get dressed

2:00 - Bride gets dressed

2:30 - Groom and Groomsmen go down to the space in front of Alexandras to meet photographer and get boutonnieres pinned on

2:35 - Photographer gets Groom to the 1st Look location (fountain) and in position

2:45 - Photographer gets Bride to the 1st Look location

3:00 - The rest of the bridal party go to the 1st Look location

3;15 - Parents go to the 1st Look location

3:00-4:00 - Photos

3:00-3:15 - 1st Look with Bride & Groom

3:15-3:30 - Bride & Groom with bridal party

3:30-4:00 - Bride & Groom with Parents

4:30 Guests begin to arrive

5:00-5:30 Ceremony

5:30-6:30 Cocktail Hour

5:30-5:45 - Couples photos - Bride & Groom only

5:45 - Bride & Groom head back to the bridal room - get gown bustled, freshen up

6:00 - Bride & Groom join the Cocktail Hour

6:30 - Guests are invited into the Ballroom

6:30 - Bride, Groom, Bridal Party, and Parents stay in holding room

6:45 - Introductions

6:55 - 1st Dance

7:00-8:00 - Plated Dinner (salad pre-set)

7:50 - Toast by Maid of Honor & Best Man

8:00 - Father/Daughter Dance followed by Mother/Son Dance

8:05 - Cake Cutting
