Rehearsal

9/11 - 5:00-6:00 pm (Cassidy) in the Gardens / rain backup - Waterford Ballroom

Bride & Groom will drop everything off

Draft Timeline

8:40-2:00 - Hair and Makeup

9:00 am - Vendors may arrive

9:00 - Chas and groomsmen take centerpieces to the Waterford Room - sit along the wall

1:00 - Photographer arrives

1:00 - Photographer arrives

1:00 - Groom and Groomsmen get dressed with Photos

1:30 - Photos of girls in PJs

1:30 - Tia and Meara arrive - check in with the bride - see if there's anything in her suite that's needed for set up

2:00 - If rain, Tia needs to get with Genna for approval of the backup plan in the ballroom - let TVR know

2:00 - Genna gets into her gown with photos

2:30 - Chas and the groomsmen meet Tia in the lobby area in front of Alexandra's to get their bouts pinned on

3:00-4:00 First Look (usually at the fountain)

3:00-3:15 - Bride & Groom

3:15-3:30 - Bride & Groom with Bridesmaids & Groomsmen

3:30-4:00 - Bride & Groom with Parents and Family

4:15 - Bride, Groom, and Wedding Party to the Bridal Room

4:30 - Guests begin to arrive

4;45 - TVR bringing grandparents to ceremony site on golf cart - 2 golf carts are available

5:00-5:30 - Ceremony (probably 15 min) In the gardens - golf cart available for exit

5:30-6;30 - Cocktail Hour - Waterford Lobby

Light candles on the guest tables in ballroom

Move gift box inside the ballroom

5:30-5:45 - Couples photos

5:45 - Bride gets her gown bustled and then bride & groom join the cocktail hour - Bridal Suite off Waterford Lobby

6:20 - Guests are invited into the Ballroom to take their seat

6:30 - Reception - Waterford Ballroom

6:30 - Introductions Bride & Groom Only - no acknowledgement from seats

6:40 - First Dance

Father/Daughter Dance + Mother/Son Dance (after first dance) (maybe a min each)

6:45 - Thank you by Bride & Groom (after they're seated) (1 min)

6:50-7:50 - Dinner - call tables

7:00-7:20 - Golden Hour Sunset Photos - golf cart will be n front of the hotel

7:40 - 3 speeches - champagne toast (MOH-Sister / MOH / Brother) toward the end of dinner

7:55 - Private Cake Cutting - put "to go" bags of favors of snacks & candy on a table

8:00-8:10 Photo Dash - Dj will make annoucement during cake cutting

8:15 - Change clothes ***

8:35-9:55 - Dancing

9:00 - Potographer departs

9:55 - Guest are asked to go the cocktail area while bride & groom have a private last dance

9:55 - Private Last Dance - no staff except for DJ & her sister

10:00 - Bride & Groom join the guests in the lobby and lead the way to Alexandra's Pub for the After Party

10:00 - Wedding Over

10:00-11:00 Vendors pack up / Clean up

*No Bouquet/Garter Toss
