DRAFT TIMELINE:

8:00 - Hair and Makeup begin

11:00 - Groom and Groomsmen get dressed

11:30 - Hair and Makeup finished

11:45 - Bridesmaids get dressed

11:45 - Groom and Groomsmen depart for the church

12:00 - Coordinator arrives at the church (Charlene)

2:00-2;15 - Ceremony ends - bridal party goes to designated area

2:15 - Guests clear the church

2:20-2:45 - Formal photos at the church - there's another ceremony at 3 or 3;30 so they need to clear the church when guests begin to arrive for the other ceremony

2:45 - Depart from the church and head back home for a Brunch

3:00-4:45 - Brunch

4:45 - Bride & Groom depart for Turf Valley

5:00 - Coordinator arrives at TVR (earlier if she can get in), Stefanie

She's taking a classic car from the church back to her home for a brunch and photos. She'll arrive at TVR about 5 and will get photos on the grounds. She'll go to the bridal suite at 6:20 and there will be appetizers and drinks for them in the bridal room.
