8:00-11;00 am - Hair and Makeup *make sure 2 hours is enough time

11:00 Hair and Makeup must be finished

11:00 - Photographer arrives

11:15 - Details Shots (shoes, invitation, rings, jewelry, etc.)

11:30 - Robe shots

11:45 - Bridesmaids get dressed (2 sisters / BM & MOH) (suggested crochet hooks for button loops)

11:45 - Bride gets dressed - photos

12:15-12:30 Photos with Bride & Wedding Party

1230-12:45 - First Look with Bride's Dad and Step Father /Grandfather

12:45-1:45 - Formal Photos with Bride & Bridesmaids

12:45 - Groom and Groomsmen get dressed - in the house upstairs (same place)

1:00 - DINO Designs arrives

1:45-2:20- Photos with Groom and Groomsmen

1:00 - Caterer arrives (Est)

1:30 - Coordinator arrives (Est)

1:30 - Violinist arrives (Est.)

2:00 - DJ arrives

2:20 - Hide from guests

2:30 - Violinist plays

2:30 - Guests arrive

3:00-3:30 - Ceremony (Bilingual) / Dried flower toss as they exit the ceremony (it's okay to start at 3:10

(Dj is providing the mics)

3:30-4:30 - Cocktail Hour

3:30-4:00 - Formal photos, then join cocktail hour

4:00 - Gown bustled; join cocktail hour

4:30 - Violinist departs

4:30-9:00 - Reception

4:30 - Invite guests to be seated incl. the bride & groom

4:40 - Bride & Groom will walk in with cocktail and sit at the sweetheart table- DJ will do a shout out

4:45 - First Dance

4:50 - Thank You from Bride & Groom

5:00-6:00 Dinner (DJ makes announcement: bring your plate to the buffet. DJ will annouce tables)

5:45-6:00 Private cake cutting inside the house with photographer (no announcement)

Caterer will cut the sheet cake but hold in the kitchen

6:00 - Bring out desserts

6:00- Toasts by Maid of Honor & Best Man

6:10 - Parent Dances and Anniversary Dance

7:50-8:00 - DJ announces a switch to disco party (Charles from Weekend Warriors will bring out disco decor and costumes, additional guests begin to arrive)

9:00 - Wedding over

9:00 - DJ departs, after party at the property officially starts

8:30 or 9:00 - Coordinator gathers will take memorial table, guest book, and gift table items inside. Leave everything else for the After Party. (Leave linens on hi-tops in lower level)
