We have plenty of space outside by the cocktail hour that can be used for cornhole or outside games, but we don’t use the ceremony space… We need that area to stay nice for Weddings

He offered to set up a meeting if you need to speak with him. Please let me know. If you're going to use him, you need to sign the contract earlier rather than later. At this point, your date is still open on his calendar.
