Here is my understanding of our conversation:
- Your budget is $25,000 and there might be a little wiggle room.
- You want rooms blocked at the SpringHill Suites on Rt. 43 for the out of town guests
- All guests will go to the hotel and catch the bus from there (we'll need to get permission for cars to park there or they'll need to park in the shopping center's parking lot and walk over to the hotel).
- Your colors are Dusty Rose and Mauve with pops of Navy
- You will DIY your centerpieces
- We will get a florist for your personal flowers (minimal)
- You already have your Officiant
- You desire a small tiered cake
- You want a plated meal from the caterer with china and glassware
- You want round tables and a sweetheart table
- Alcohol will come from the caterer
- You are looking into DJ Hyde Sound (DJ Howard) - I can't find him on the web
- You are looking into using Officer Gregory Parker as your photographer
- You do not want a Videographer
- You do not want a Photo Booth - suggested a flower wall with Polaroids
