8:00-1:30 Hair and Makeup (confirmed with Heather)

12:00 - Rain plan decision

12:00 - Groomsmen arrive at hotel and go to Gabe's room

1:30 - Photographers & Videographer arrive; one goes to Gabe's room and one to Jenna's room

1:30 - Jenna gets into her gown

1:30 - Bridesmaids get dressed (girls have separate room)

1:30-2:30 - Photos with Gabe

2:00 - Photos in Bridal Suite

2:30 First Look with vows (bride & groom only). Vessel Lounge and Patio

2:30 - Vendor Arrivals

3:00 - Trolley picks bridal party up and takes them to BMI / photos

3:15-4:45 - Photos at BMI

3:15 - Trolley returns to (2) hotels; the Roost and Marriott

4:30 - Trolley leaves hotel and heads for BMI

4:45 - 5:00 - Bride hides from guests

5:00 - Guests arrive on Trolley

5:20 - Coordinator will line up bridal party for ceremony

5:30 - 6:00 Ceremony (the Pointe)

6:00 - Family photos after ceremony
