NOTES

Draft Timeline:

10:30 - Coordinator arrives / sets up / oversees - she parks at neighbor's house (on the right if facing Nancy's house)

12:00 - Caterer arrives (I'll confirm with Ken)

12:30 - Guests begin to arrive and get seated / Meara will direct them around the side of the house (they will not go through the double doors entrance)

Bachelor Boys play

12:45 - Coordinator asks guests to be seated

12:50 - Boat ride to pier (10 min. ride) / text Meara when you leave

12:55 - Start the Ceremony Procession from the stairs

1:30-2:00 - Passed wine or sparkling water (no food) guests remain outside

2:00 - Everyone goes inside for lunch - finds their seat

2:00-Nancy & Michael enter & take their seats / guests follow

2:00  Bachelor Boys guitarist accompanies N & M and other guest singer

2:30 - Bachelor Boys service ends

2:30-3:30 - Wine is served and Buffet is open

3:40- Toasts by friend Sande and those we call out

3:50 - Cake Cutting

4:00-5:00 - Mingling

5:00 - Wedding Ends

5:00 - Coordinator gathers personal items outside & inside / leaves in the room downstairs

5:30 - Coordinator leaves

5:00-6:00 -Caterer Cleans up

d  indoors for lunch - we’ll have mike and speaker placed  to outside too

4 indoors tables, 2 outside on porch - open up the windows and Mike it!
