By 4:00 - MOB, Alison, drops wedding decor off at Coradetti Glass Blowing Studio

5:30 - Rehearsal at Rachael & Dillon's house - 3131 O'Donnell St.

5/25

11:45 Bride, Bridesmaids, and Mother meet up at Coradetti - car pool to the Hotel

Noon - Sue will take lunch, ties, and boutonnieres to 3131 O'Donnell St.

- She then takes bouquets to the girls at the hotel

Noon- Groom and Groomsmen have lunch at their house - 3131 O'Donnell St.

Noon - Hair Stylists and Makeup Artists arrive at the Inn at the Colonnade

12:15-4:30 - Bride, Bridesmaids & Moms get ready at the Colonnade

Noon - Select Event Rentals delivers rentals to Coradetti

1:00 - Photographer arrives at The Colonnade Inn (Ryan Madison)

1:00 - Light lunch and Mimosa Bar at the hotel for the Bridesmaids

2:30 - Zeffert and Gold arrives - Samantha Cramer

3:00 - Your Day Your Way Coordinators arrive at Corradetti

3:00 - 2nd phtographer arrives at groom's house (Andrew)

4:30 - Hair and Makeup need to be finished at The Inn at the Colonnade

4:45 - Bride, Bridesmaids all need to get dressed or be dressed

4:45 - Groom and Groomsmen arrive at Corradetti along with MOB

5:00 - Dillon, Groomsmen, and MOB greet the guests

5:00 - Guests arrive

Bridal party gathers in the Cocktail space

8:15-8:25 - Golden Hour Photos (photographer pulls couple away for 10 min.); Guests continue to dance

8:15 - Cake Pops / Coffee displayed

9:00 - Both Photographers Depart

10:00 Dancing *no special exit

Jax goes back to bride & groom's house for the night

10:00-11:00 Vendor Cleanup
