We'll stay until after the Parent Dances - until 2:00-7:00 pm

I'll get a room at Holiday Inn Express (out of the $1595 fee)

 

DRAFT Timeline:

2:00 pm - Coordinators arrive

3:00 pm - First Look

3:00-3;15 pm - Bride & Groom only

3:15-3:30 pm - BrIde & Groom with Bridal Party

3:30-3:50 pm - Bride & Groom with Family

3:50 pm - Back inside to hide from guests

4:00 - Guest arrivals / Prelude Music

4:30 - Ceremony

5:00 - Ceremony Ends

5:00 - Guests are directed to the Cocktail Hour along with wedding party

5:00-5:15 - Couples photos

5:15 -5:45 - Bride & Groom join the Cocktail Hour (gown gets bustled)

5:45 pm - Bride, Groom, and Bridal Party gathers and waits for Introductions

5:50 pm - Guests are invited into the main room to take their seats

6:00 pm - Introduction of Bridal Party as a group - they all walk in together

6:05 pm - 1st Dance

6:10 pm - Welcome Speech

6:30 pm - Blessing over the food

6:35-7:35 pm - dinner

7:25 pm - Toasts by Maid of Honor and Bestman

7:40-9:55 pm - Dancing
