1:30 - Scott and groomsmen get dressed / have some lunch

5:30 - Bride hides from the guests

  • Provide a photo of the desired DIY centerpiece/table setup (round wooden palettes and other elements) so the planner’s team can replicate it.
  • Once the memorial table is finalized, send the wedding planner photos showing how the pictures should be arranged on the table.
  • Rent the audio guest book device from the wedding planner and coordinate how it will be used at the reception.
  • The Hall sets up the tables & chairs and flips the chairs for the ceremony. Tables will be down the sides and chairs will be in the middle for ceremony. Everything in same room.
