1:00 Photographer Arrives - gets details shots

1:30 - Bride gets dressed - photos

1:30 - Groom gets dressed - photos

2:30 - First Look

2:30-3:00 - Bride & Groom

3:00-3;15 - Bride & Groom with Bridal Party

3;15-3:45 - Bride & Groom with Family

3:45 - Bride, Groom and Bridal Party back inside

4:00 - Guests begin to arrive

4:30-5:00 - Ceremony

5:00-5;10 - Bride & Groom -Quiet Time with Refreshments

5:00-6:00 - Cocktail Hour

5:10 - Bride & Groom join the Cocktail Hour

5:50 - Bride, Groom, Bridal Party and Parents are pulled to the side to get ready for the Introductions

6:00 - Guests are asked to take their seats in the reception room

6:05 - Introductions of Bridal Party

6:10 - First Dance

6:15 - Welcome Speech by Father of the Bride

6:20-7:20 - Dinner

7:10 - Toasts by Maid of Honor & Best Man

7:25 - Cake Cutting

7:20 - Mother/Son Dance

*Unfortunately, Sunset is at 6;13, so you would need to have photos starting about 5:55. Is there any way you can start the Ceremony at 4:00 instead of 4:30? This will allow you time to get those Sunset photos. Your photographer would start Noon and leave the reception 8 pm. See timeline below for starting the ceremony at 4:00:

All other decorations will go to Nick's car along with gifts-his mom will take the gifts; move the physical gifts around dinner time and move the gift box when dancing starts.
