9:00-10:00 - Tennis Courts Reservation (groom & groomsmen)
12:30 - Photographer arrives
1:30 -Bride gets dressed
1:30 - Renee, Coordinator, checks in on the bride in her hotel room
2:30 - Boys meet Renee in lobby for bout pinning
3:00-3:35 First Look / B&G, B&G with Parents
4:00-4:30 Time guests need to be at the dock
Ashley, perhaps you could text your guests to meet at the dock. Renee will keep count to ensure everyone is present.
4:30-5:00 - Cake delivered by Blue Crab Cupcakes
4:20-4:25 Bride walks to the boat (confirmed by venue)
4;30 - Renee, Coordinator will go to the reception room and set up their personal items
4:30-6:30 - Ceremony & Cocktail Hour on the Sailboat (actual ceremony about 45 min. into the ride)
6:30-6:40 - Guests disembark the Sailboat and go inside for the the Reception; the Bride & Groom will stay
outside for Sunset/Golden Hour photos
6;40 - Get garland off the boat / repurpose for mantle
6:25-6:45 - Sunset photos
6:30-10:00 - Reception inside the Inn
6:50 - Bride & Groom enter
6:55-7:45 - Dinner (confirmed with venue -50 min); sail about 45 min. before the ceremony takes place
