6:00 am - Hair and Makeup begins
9:55 - Hair and Makeup must be done for all - Crowne Plaza Annapolis
10:00Â - Photographer (Ronnie) arrives at the hotel (does 2-3 pictures with bridesmaid in getting ready outfits)
10:00 - Videographer (Sam) arrives at the hotel
10:05- Girls start to get dressed
10:30Â - Bride gets dressed
10:30- All Groomsmen & Mark meet in grooms suite
10:45Â - First look with brides Dad (Jay)
11:00 - Renee, YDYW, arrives at Crowne Plaza Hotel
11:00- Girls travel to the Dock downtown Annapolis (Sprinter starts here- 15-20 minute drive)
11:15- Second shooter arrives and boys meet to take "game day" photos outside with suit in hand
11:20- Bride and Bridesmaids arrive at the Dock
11:35- Boys and second shooter (Tina) go up to boys room for getting ready photos/candids
11:20- 12:40Â - Photos at the Dock and Acton's Landing Park
12:00 - Hannah, YDYW, arrives at The Atreeum to set up
12:40Â - Bride and Bridesmaids depart from the Dock (10-15 minute drive)
12:40 - Renee, YDYW, departs for St. John Neuman Church
1:00- Arrival at the Atreeum (reception venue) for vendors
12:55 - Bride arrives at St. John Neuman – sprinter will drop girls off & girls will go to holding room to freshen up and use restroom (church wedding cord will direct girls to room)
12:55 - Renee, YDYW, arrives at St. John Neuman Church
1:00 - Caterer arrives at The Atreeum (confirmed)
1:00 – Sprinter goes to pick up guys from hotel (10–15-minute drive)
1:10 – Sprinter arrives at hotel to pick up guys and take to church
1:20 – Groom & groomsman arrive at St. John Neuman
2:00 - Vendor set up at the Atreeum; Hannah, YDYW, arrives at The Atreeum
2:00-3:00Â Ceremony
