Hi Ella and Dylan:
Based on our discussion last night, I put together a revised Timeline. I feel it's tight for Ella to get into her dress and then get to the venue for 2:00 photos. I think even moving it to 2:15 is still tight.. I don't know where Dylan is getting dressed or how long it will take him to get to the venue.
Take a look at it and let me know what you think. It takes longer than you think.

PROPOSED TIMELINE:
8:00-1:30 pm Hair & Makeup at the Bride's house in Locust Point
1;00 - Dylan and his guys gets dressed
1:00 - Coordinators arrive at AVAM
1:20- Girls will get into their dresses after their hair and makeup is finished (each one should get dressed and be dressed by the time Ella is getting into her gown. She should be the focus at that time.)

*I FEEL THIS IS VERY A VERY TIGHT SCHEDULE!
1:30 - Depart from their getting location and head for AVAM (this is estimated)
1:30 - Ella gets into her traditional hindu garments (maybe you could take this to the board room and get dressed there?)
1:50 - Ella and her girls head to AVAM - go to JVRC building and hide out in the Board Room
* I suggest doing photos from 2;15 to 3;15 - photographer can have you down close to the JVRC buiding in case there are early arrivals and some photos could be taken on the 1st floor

2:15 - Dylan and his guys arrive at AVAM - Photographer gets him in place for the First Look
2:15-3:15 - Photos including First Look
3:15 - Bridal party heads up to the Board Room to hide out during the Baraat
3:15 - What time does the horse arrive and who is providing the horse (contact info)?
3:25 - Coordinators will block off Covington St. with cones (who will provide cones?)
3;30 - Guests arrive - coordinators will direct them to Covington St. for the Baraat
Coordinators hand out turbans and sticks (she will provide 2 baskets)
3:50 - Get groom and bridal party from Board Room
4:00-4:30 - Baraat
4:30-4:45 - Guests are directed to go to the Barn and be seated - hold back bridal party for the processional
5:00-5:45 - Ceremony (Hindu/Jewish combination)
5:45 - Direct guests to go to the 1st floor of the JRVC building for Cocktail Hour
6:00-7:00 - Cocktail Hour
6:00-6:45 - Photos of bridal party and Family members
6:45 - Gather Bridal Party for Introductions (take them to the Board Room)
6:45 - Invite guests to take their seats upstairs (this will take at least 15 min. because of the slow elevators)
7:00 - Reception begins
7:00 - Introductions of Bridal Party
7:05 - First Dance (Bride & Groom)
7:10 - Parent Dances (Bride/Father) (Groom/Mother)
7:20 - Hindu Dance by Bride & Bridesmaids (1.5 minutes)
7:25-8:30 (estimate) - Buffet Dinner
7:35-7:50 - Sunset Photos (photographer will grab the bride & groom and take them outside)
8:30 - Toast by Parents (Combination toast)
8:40- Toasts by bridal party (3)
8:50 - Cake Cutting
9:00 - Hora Dance (to gather everyone on the dance floor)
Followed by Dancing
9:30 - Photographer could leave (from 2:00-9:30 = 7.5 hours - contract says 6 hours)
10:55 - Last Dance
11:00 - End of Reception (no special exit)
11:00-? After Party (Where?) Do you want the DJ to announce it?
