8:00 - Bride & Bridal Party arrive at Water's Edge for Hair and Makeup

8:00-1:30 Hair and Makeup

11:30 - Photographer arrives

1:30 - Hair and Makeup needs to be finished / refreshments / break

12:00 - Groom and Groomsmen arrive and go to Groom's Room

1:00 - Groom and Groomsmen get dressed

1:00-1:35- Photos with Groom and Groomsmen

1:45 - Bridesmaids get dressed / Photos

2:00 - Bride gets into her dress / Photos

2:00-2:30 - Photos with Bride & Bridesmaids

3:00 - DJ Korey with a K arrives (brings his own table and set up)

2:30-4:00 - First Look and photos with bridal party and family and extended family

3:15 - Extended Family

4:00 - Videographer arrives

4:15 - Bridal Party back to the bridal suite / Bride & Groom and Parents go to the room where the Ketubah will be signed

4:30-4:45 - Bride & Groom sign the Ketubah in the Wine Room / private ceremony- B&G & Parents (moved this a bit earlier - if you get it signed and your private ceremony done earlier, you can both relax until Tia comes to get you)

4:30 - Guests arrive

4;55 - Tia will place Ketubah on easel at the front near ceremony (earlier if possible to display as guests entrer - as soon as they sign it)

5:00-5:30 - Ceremony

5:30-6:30 - Cocktail Hour

6:30 - Photo Booth Opens

6:30-10:30 - Reception

6:30 - Invite guests inside for Reception (allow 10 min)

6:40 - Introductions

9:30 - Photographer & videographer depart

10:20-10:25 - Guests are asked to leave so bride & groom can have a private last dane
