10:00 - Photographer arrives at Sheraton Inn, Towson / 1st with Amanda - 2nd with Kai
10:30 - Hair and Makeup needs to be finished
10:30-11:00 - Refreshments, potty breaks, etc.
10:45 - Girls will get dressed, except for Amanda
11:00 - Amanda gets into her gown
11:00 - Groom and 2nd Photographer depart hotel and head for Cloisters
11:30 - Groom arrives at Cloisters with 2nd photographer
11:30 - Bride & Bridesmaids & Photographer depart for the Cloisters (bus 30 pass)
12:00 - Bride & Bridesmaids & Photographer arrive at Cloisters
12:00 - Photographers will position Bride & Groom for 1st Look

12:30-1:30 - First Look with Bride & Groom and Parents/Family *get most of your photos done so you can enjoy the cocktail hour (revised)
12:30 - Family arrives at the Cloisters for photos
1:30 - Depart for the church (revised)
1:30 - Arrive at the church and go to the bridal room
2:00-2:30 - Ceremony
2:30-2:45 - Photos at the church
2:45 - Depart for the Cloisters
3:00-4:00 - Cocktail Hour - upper level where bell is
3:10 - Arrive at the Cloisters
3:10 - Go up to bridal suite and bustle gown, then join the cocktail hour
3:50 - Coordinator will pull bridal party and parents to the side to line up for introductions - grab bouquets - repurpose for centerpieces
4:00 - Guests are invited to the Patio to get their seats
4:00-8:00 - Reception

4:10 - 1st Dance
