2:30 - All hair and makeup must be finished
2:30 - Travel to Newton White Mansion (everyone must have their totes packed with what they're taking to the venue)
3:00 - Arrive at Newton White Mansion
3:00-3:30 - Get dressed with photos
*NO FIRST LOOK
3:45-4:45 - Photos of Bride with bridal party and parents
4:45-5:55 - Photos of Groom, groomsmen, and parents
4:55 - Everyone inside to bridal suites to hide from the guests
5:00 - Guests begin to arrive - guide them to the ceremony site
5:20 - Get everyone lined up for the ceremony
5:30-6:00 - Ceremony
6:00-7:00 - Cocktail Hour Ballroom/Outside
6:00-6:30 - Formal photos of Bride Groom, Bridal Party, Family - join cocktail hour after photos
6:30-6:45 - Couples photos (Bride & Groom only)
6:45 - Bride & Groom back to bridal suite to freshen up, bustle gown, have appetizers
7:00-Guests are invited into the Atrium
7:15 - Introductions of Parents, Bridal Party, Bride & Groom into the reception
7:20 - First Dance
7:25 - Welcome Speech
7:30-8:30 Dinner
8:30 - Toasts by Bestman and Maid of Honor or whenever dinner is over - we don't want to lose the crowd

11:55 - Last Dance
- *If you're planning a special exit, we will invite the guests outside at 11:45 and we will hand out special exit items while you two do a private last dance. Only the DJ, Photographer, and Videographer will be in the room.
- If you are doing a bouquet / garter toss, we will break up the music @ 10:00 pm to do this
