4:30-5:15 - Rehearsal at SPCC

5:30-6:00 - Appetizers / Drinks at Bayview Sports Bar Grill

6:00-6:30 - Dinner

Draft Timeline:

10:00-12:00 - Hair and Makeup (they'll take an hour for your hair and an hour for your makeup - if you're having bridesmaids hair and makeup done, you'll have to start earlier or have the girls done at their hotel or a house)

12:00 - Hair and Makeup must be finished

12:00 - Photographer arrives

12:00-12:15 - Details shots (dress, florals, rings, etc)

​12:15 - Bride gets dressed; photos

​1:00-1:45 - Photos of Bride and Bridesmaids

1:00 - Gro0m gets dressed; all but jacket - photographer will recreate tying tie, etc.

​1:45-2:15 - Photos with Dennis,his groomsmen and parents

2:30 - Hide from guests

3:00-3:30 - Ceremony - ballroom

3:30-4:30 - Cocktail Hour

8:00 - Photographer leaves

4:30 -8:30 - Reception

4:30 - Introductions of Bridal Party

 

Looks great and will send to the bridal party! In lieu of a formal first dance, Dennis and I can do a grand entrance, a wave, and spin if that adds time back, instead of a full 5 minutes dedicated to us dancing only. Regarding welcome speech, I would love to do a 3-4 minute tribute and flowers to my parents at the same time and can thank people then.

Last, would love to do a Christmas trivia by table, like 5 mins, maybe after the sunset? It would get people talking to each other and there could be one paper with questions per table.

Dennis and I have a vision of a 2 tiered cake and cupcakes and gingerbread cookies or macaroons surrounding it. Herman’s has cute cakes where Dennis and I’s picture can be at the very top which is cute too.
