DRAFT TIMELINE

8:00 am - Bridal party arrives at Cold Saturday Farm

9:30 am - Hair and Makeup arriving

11:30-12:30 - Bride's Makeup

12:00 - Photographer arrives

12:30-1:30 - Bride's Hair

1:00 - Florist arrives with personal flowers

1:00 - Bridesmaids gets dressed (for the ones still getting hair & makeup done, they gets dressed as soon as they're finished)

1:30 Hair and Makeup must be finished

1:30 - Groom and Groomsmen get dressed

1:30 - Bride gets dressed

1:30-2:30 - Photos

1:30 - Coordinators arrive

2:30 - Bridesmaids Hair and Makeup must be finished

2:30 - Alcohol and cake arrives (family member)

2:30-2:45 - First Look with Bride & Groom

2:45 - 3:15 - Photos with Bride, Groom, and Bridal Party

3:15-3:30 - Photos with Bride, Groom, and Family

3:30 - Bridal Party back inside to hide from guests

3:30 - Touch ups for bride's hair and makeup

3:30 - Alcohol arrives

4:00 - Guests arrive

4:30-5:00 - Ceremony (ceremony will probably be 15 min. / time padded in for guests to move from ceremony to Cocktail Hour)

5:00-6:00 - Cocktail Hour

5:00-5:15 - Couples Photos

5:15-5:25 - Bride gets her dress bustled

5:25-5:55 - Bride & Groom join the Cocktail Hour

5:55 - Coordinator gets Bride & Groom and takes them to the Private Dinner location

6:00-10:00 - Reception

6:00-6:15 - Private Dinner for Bride & Groom (located to be determined)

6:00-6:15 - Guests are asked to move to the Reception site

6:15 - Introductions of Bridal party (Group) GPs & Parents acknowledge from their tables

6:25 -6:35- First Dance

- Parent Dances

6:35 - Welcome Speech ??

6:45-7:45 - Buffet Dinner

6:40-7:00 - Golden Hour / Sunset Photos

7:00 - Bride & Groom return to the Reception / eat Dinner

7:20 - Toasts by Maid of Honor & Best Man

7:40-7:50 - Photo Dash to each table

7:50-8:00 - Bride changes her clothes

8:00 - Cake Cutting

8:00-9:45 - Dancing

9:45 - Invite guests outside for special exit (Coordinator will hand out special exit items)

9:50 - Private Last Dance

9:55 - Bride & Groom go 0utside for the special exit

10:00 Wedding Ends

 

9/8/25 - Haley sent EM to make these changes:

After all photos (including sunset photos)- and if we could move parent dances up in the timeline so that I can be in my wedding dress for that too! I think changing right before cake cutting would be good!
