Hi Susan:

I'm the Wedding Planner for Maggie and Tom's wedding on 11/7/26.  We have some questions:

1.  Do you allow outside food caterers to supplement your menu or for the Cocktail Hour?  Sushi, Mozzarella Bar, & Coffee Bar.

2.  Will a 5-6 pc. band fit in the room with 150 guests and a nice size dance floor?

3.  Would an 18x18 or 20x20 rented dance floor fit nicely?

4.  When do you set up the tasting?  Maggie mentioned that she thought you do group tastings in February.

5.  If they have a Photo Booth, would it be placed in the 2nd room to the right when you walk in the front door?

5.  If  they decide to have cocktails first for 20 min. before the ceremony, are you able to accommodate this with an actual  45 min. cocktail hour after the ceremony?  Draft Timeline below

Our white wedding school bus is $1,421.94 per bus for the same timeframe, or $2,843.88 for two.

The 29‑passenger bus would be $1,540.13 all‑in.
