This includes any employees, and associates, the fees charged for said services, and all details, stipulations, and restrictions.

SERVICE DETAILS
CONTRACT SERVICES:
Day of wedding coordination includes the following:
- Compile contact information of all vendors and coordinate with each his/her arrival time, setup and styling requirements, and day of duties.
- Review of Contracts for logistical and timing for vendors involved in the wedding/event. (This is not a legal review.)
- Up to four consultative meetings before the wedding date to gather details of the wedding/event.
- Unlimited emails and phone support thirty (30) days before the wedding/event.
- Vendor Confirmations.
- Create a Timeline of the events for the day before and the wedding day.
- Share Timeline with vendors.
- Walk-through at the venue with the caterer or sales manager.
- Set up personal items at the ceremony and reception.
- Day of Coordination ( hours).
Client’s Obligation under this Contract:
- To provide the Coordinator with copies of all vendor Contracts in a timely manner.
- To provide a hot meal for the Coordinator and her assistant(s) at the wedding.
- To cooperate fully with Your Day Your Way in providing the information needed so that we know the details of the wedding.
- Any last-minute changes must be provided to the Coordinator at least five (5) days before the wedding.
- To provide all information needed to confirm vendors at least seven (7) days before the wedding date, including approval of the timeline. \
- If the set-up of personal items is requested, the Client will provide a list of personal items and clearly label any boxes, crates, or bags containing personal contents. This list is to be provided to Your Day Your Way at least seven (7) days before the wedding date.
- If escort and/or place cards are to be placed by Your Day Your Way, they will be provided to Your Day Your Way in alphabetical order by last name ahead of the wedding, preferably given to Your Day Your Way at the rehearsal.
- If escort cards are to be placed by Your Day Your Way at each place setting, escort cards are to be grouped by table number and in the order to be placed.
- Theclientt agrees to be on time for any meetings, walk-throughs, and/or phone calls. If the Client is late to any such meeting, Your Day Your Way reserves the right to end the meeting one (1) hour from the scheduled start time. In the event the Client is late and has not contacted Your Day Your Way to advise of the late arrival time, Your Day Your Way reserves the right to consider the Client a no-show after fifteen (15) minutes and has the right to depart the meeting site. Any such meeting will count toward meetings within this Contract.
- Client agrees to allow a thirty (30) minute break for each member of the Your Day Your Way team for a wedding more than five (5) hours and a sixty (60) minute break for weddings that are more than ten (10) hours. Breaks will be at the discretion of the lead Coordinator working the wedding.
THE LEGAL STUFF
Your Day Your Way will assist with moving gifts to a designated car or a designated room but the Client will provide a designated member of her family or bridal party to accompany Your Day Your Way. Your Day Your Way assumes no liability for missing gifts.

Your Day Your Way will pack up any remaining items at the end of the wedding/event but cannot guarantee that items will be placed back in the original boxes, crates, or containers they were brought in. Your Day Your Way will take care to wrap or ensure to the best of our ability that the items will not be broken. Your Day Your Way assumes no liability for missing or broken items.

If the Client is providing their alcohol, due to the manpower needed, Your Day Your Way will not transport or move any alcoholic beverages to or from the venue or any vehicle.

In the event that the Client is providing large personal items, such as doors, flower walls, tables, chairs, or bulky items, Your Day Your Way will not transport or move such items.
Due to the extra manpower needed to set up tables and chairs, Your Day Your Way will need to hire additional staff to complete this service. A separate Contract will be executed. In some cases, Your Day Your Way may be able to assist with setting up ceremony chairs.

Life is not perfect and weddings/events always carry surprises and unexpected circumstances. Your Day Your Way will provide information, time, and advice to you to the best of our ability. However, the Client agrees to hold Your Day Your Way harmless in the unlikely event that any aspect of your wedding/event fails to completely satisfy you. “Day of” wedding planning/event services does not represent or infer any contractual obligation between the vendor/venues that the client reserves for their particular event/wedding and the wedding/event planner hired by the client. The client alone is responsible for the vendors/venues, goods, and services, that they procure for their wedding/event.

Your Day Your Way is not responsible for the conduct and/or performance of any vendor or venue, even though Your Day Your Way may have referred or endorsed that vendor or venue to the Client. It is the Client’s sole responsibility to hire, contract with, and pay all vendors and/or venues in a timely manner. It is agreed that Your Day Your Way is not acting as your legal advisor in negotiating and/or executing venue and/or vendor Contracts. Instead, we recommend that you seek qualified legal advice.

In the event of a breach for non-payment, Your Day Your Way has the right to cancel this Contract effective upon notice by email to Client. In the event of a breach for non-payment, Your Day Your Way has the sole right to retain the fee collected for work done to date.

In the event of cancellation of this wedding/event by the Client or due to Acts of God such as earthquake, hurricane, tornado, flooding, or another natural disaster, or in the case of war, the action of foreign enemies, terrorist activities, labor dispute or strike, government sanction, states of emergencies, blockage, embargo, or failure of electrical service, and/or your request and/or cancellation of our goods and/or services, the total Contracted cost of this Contract is due in full. In the unlikely event of a dispute and/or legal action, our liability is strictly and completely limited. Any court action will take place before a Judge not a jury. If you fail to pay as per the term of this Contract, your past-due account will be charged at a rate of one and one-half (1 ½%) per month, compounded.

In the event the wedding needs to be postponed, Your Day Your Way will work with the Client to coordinate the wedding on the new date. However, there may be a rescheduling fee.

- If the wedding is rescheduled within a year from the original wedding date, no additional fee is required.
- If the wedding is rescheduled within 1-1/2 years of the original wedding date, an additional 10% of the contract cost is required.
- If the wedding is rescheduled after 1-1/2 years up to two (2) years, an additional 25% of the contract cost is required.
- If the wedding is rescheduled after two (2) years, Your Day Your Way has the right to retain all the fees collected and a new contract and price will be necessary.
In the event that Your Day Your Way is not available on the new date, Your Day Your Way has the sole right to retain the fee collected for work done so far and lost business by holding the wedding date open for the previously contracted date of the wedding/event.

In the event the Client does not get the requested information or last-minute changes to the Coordinator seven (7) days before the wedding, Your Day Your Way assumes no liability to the Client, family, or guests for changes in plans not being executed on the wedding/event day.
will be your Coordinator but in the event she is physically not able to perform the coordination of the said wedding/event and duties outlined in this Contract, Your Day Your Way has the right to provide a substitute Coordinator from our team of coordinators. If no substitute Coordinator is obtained, all but the non-refundable reservation fee will be returned to the person responsible for the payment.

The client permits to Your Day Your Way to use photographs and/or video personally taken or provided by the hired photographer(s) and/or videographer(s) for marketing and testimonial purposes.

Your Day Your Way will not accept payment to any vendor/venue from the Client. It is the Client’s sole responsibility to pay all Contracted vendors/venues. Notwithstanding this, Your Day Your Way may be able to assist with providing final payment and/or tips to vendors/venues that are due on the date of the wedding/event.

No products/services, other than those included in the Contract, will be ordered or procured for you. If the Client desires other products/services to achieve the fulfillment of the wedding/event, these other products/services are the Client’s sole responsibility, as is payment, Your Day Your Way is in no way responsible for any service/product procured or Contracted by the Client.

In certain circumstances, Your Day Your Way will be able to provide other services such as décor, rentals, etc. In all such cases, a separate Contract will be signed between the Client and Your Day Your Way.

The parties’ performance under this Contract, in whole or in part, is subject to acts of God, war, government regulation, terrorism, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities, or similar emergency beyond the parties’ control, making it impossible, illegal, or commercially inadvisable, or which materially affects a party’s ability to perform its obligations under this Contract.

Time is of the essence as is your performance and obligation herein. We reserve the right to cancel this Contract at any time, for any reason, before the wedding/event date, and will make a full refund of your booking fee deposit. If this Contract is enforced against you, you will pay all expenses incurred by Your Day Your Way including but not limited to attorney’s fees, filing fees, court costs, interest, consequential damages, etc.

This Contract is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, Baltimore County. NOW THEREFORE, this Contract embodies the entire understanding of the parties, and any modification of the Contract shall be made in writing.
PAYMENT DETAILS
CONTRACT TERMS FOR DAY OF COORDINATION SERVICE:

Contract Price: $1795.00 less $295.00 discount = $1500.00
Payment Schedule:
- Non Refundable Reservation fee of $750.00
- The final Payment of $750.00 is due on or before 9/25/23
Price is based on cash or check payment. Visa & Master Card are available at a 4% charge of the total fee.

We accept credit card payments via Pal Pal, Venmo, and Square. Payments more than fifteen (15) days late will be subject to a $25 late fee unless previous arrangements have been made. Initial ___________________
A travel reimbursement fee of 65.5 cents per mile (2020 IRS mileage rate) will be applied for travel over 40 miles from zip code 21234.

Additional Hours other than those stated on the contract, such as help at rehearsal, will be billed at $100 per hour unless previous arrangements have been made to waive additional hours or to reduce the hourly cost.

The Contract Price specified herein is for a day of wedding coordination services. A Non-refundable reservation fee of $750.00 is paid at the signing of this Contract, with the remaining payments due as described above under “Contract Terms.”

The client is responsible to reimburse Your Day Your Way for any miscellaneous costs, which we incur in providing you with goods and/or services related to the wedding/event under this Contract (i.e. hotels, rental cars, meals in transit, tolls, miles, parking, etc.) Your Day Your Way will inform the Client of the estimated cost of miscellaneous expenses before the event. An invoice will be sent to the client after the wedding date, with payment due within thirty (30) days after the wedding date.
