SERVICE DETAILS
AREAS OF CONSULTATION:

Your Day Your Way will partially plan certain areas of the wedding day as agreed upon upfront by Client and Your Day Your Way LLC. Client will plan some portions of the wedding and Your Day Your Way LLC will plan some areas of the wedding with Your Day Your Way LLC supplying complete oversight of the planning process.
A Day of Coordinator and Assistant will be assigned to manage your wedding day.

Please note, this does not include planning of the rehearsal dinner, bachelor or bachelorette parties, or bridal showers. The areas can be planned, but at an additional cost.

Day of Management Process
*Customized Portal containing all your wedding or event details
*Pre-meetings to gather all the details of your wedding or event
*We get copies of your contracts so that if something would go amiss with a vendor, we have the contracts and are able to work out any glitches on your behalf
*Attendance at the walkthrough meeting at the venue with the caterer
*Creation of a detailed Timeline that gets shared with your vendors
*On-site management for up to 8 hours (1 hour rehearsal is included in the 10 hours)
*Set up your personal items such as, for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and
reception
*Greeting vendors and making sure they are all present
*Working out any logistical questions with the other vendors
*Assisting and guidance for the guests for where they need to be
*Preparation of a special exit
*Pack up personal items and get to a designated person at the end of the
wedding.

Client’s Obligation under this Contract:
Ø To be available and present for all meetings
Ø To provide singed copies of contracts for vendors booked
Ø To provide all information about the wedding to Your Day Your Way

Your Day Your Way takes our job very seriously and we are here to serve you with the utmost professionalism and integrity.

Life is not perfect and weddings/events always carry surprises and unexpected circumstances. Your Day Your Way will provide information, time, and advice to you to the best of our ability. However Client agrees to hold Your Day Your Way harmless in the unlikely event that any aspect of your wedding/event fails to completely satisfy you. “Day of” wedding planning/event services does not represent or infer any contractual obligation between the vendor/venues that the client reserves for their particular event/wedding and the wedding/event planer hired by the client. The client alone is responsible for the vendors/venues, goods and services, that they procure for their wedding/event.

Your Day Your Way is not responsible for the conduct and/or performance of any vendor or venue, even though Your Day Your Way may have referred or endorsed that vendor or venue to Client. It is the Client’s sole responsibility to hire, Contract with and pay all vendors and/or venues in a timely manner. It is agreed that Your Day Your Way is not acting as your legal advisor in negotiating and/or executing venue and/or vendor Contracts. Instead, we recommend that you seek qualified legal advice.

Your Day Your Way LLC and its staff shall not bear responsibility for client dissatisfaction resulting from a family member, guest, or venue representative interfering with or micromanaging our coordinators' tasks. Our coordinators are highly trained professionals, dedicated to managing and executing the client’s event from their designated start time to the conclusion of their duties.
Should any family member, guest, or venue representative attempt to micromanage our coordinators or interfere with their responsibilities, we reserve the right to request that the individual refrain from such actions and proceed to another area of the venue. Such interference significantly hinders our coordinators' ability to ensure the smooth execution of your special day.
Your Day Your Way LLC accepts no liability for issues arising from such external interference. Additionally, the company will not issue any refunds or accept liability under these circumstances.

In the event of a breach for non-payment, Your Day Your Way has the right to cancel this Contract effective upon notice by email to Client. In the event of breach for non-payment, Your Day Your Way has the sole right to retain the fee collected for work done to date.

In the event of cancellation of this wedding/event by the Client or due to Acts of God such as earthquake, hurricane, tornado, flooding, or other natural disaster, or in the case of war, action of foreign enemies, terrorist activities, labor dispute or strike, government sanction,states of emergencies, blockage, embargo, or failure of
electrical service, and/or your request and/or cancellation of our goods and/or services, the total Contracted cost of this Contract is due in full. In the unlikely event of a dispute and/or legal action, our liability is strictly and completely limited. Any court action will take place before a Judge not a jury. If you fail to pay as per the term of this Contract, your past-due account will be charged at a rate of one and one-half (1 ½%) per month, compounded.

In the event the wedding needs to be postponed, Your Day Your Way will work with the Client to coordinate the wedding on the new date. However, there may be a rescheduling fee:

· If wedding is rescheduled within a year from the original wedding date, no additional fee is required.
· If wedding is reschedule within 1-1/2 years of the original wedding date, and additional 10% of the contract cost is required.
· If wedding is rescheduled after 1-1/2 years up two (2) years, an additional 25% of the contract cost is required.
· If wedding is reschedule after two (2) years, Your Day Your Way has the right to retain all the fees collected and a new contract and price will be necessary.

In the event that Your Day Your Way is not available on the new date, Your Day Your Way has the sole right to retain the fee collected for work done so far and lost business by holding the wedding date open for the previously contracted date of the wedding/event.

Model Release
Client gives permission to Your Day Your Way to use photographs and/or video personally taken or provided by the hired photographer(s) and/or videographer(s) for marketing and testimonial purposes

Your Day Your Way will not accept payment to any vendor/venue from Client. It is the Client’s sole responsibility to pay all Contracted vendors/venues. Notwithstanding this, Your Day Your Way may be able to assist with providing final payment and/or tips to vendors/venue that are due on the date of the wedding/event.

All vendors accepted by the client shall be liable for their own business practices. The Wedding Planner will do everything reasonable to assure that any vendor referred and accepted by the client is reputable and reliable. If a specific vendor cannot perform, the Wedding Planner, under this agreement, will make an effort to find a satisfactory substitute as directed by the client or in the Wedding Planner’s best judgment.

No products/services, other than those included in the Contract, will be ordered or procured for you. If Client desires other products/services to achieve the fulfillment of the wedding/event, these other products/services are the Client’s sole responsibility, as is payment, Your Day Your Way is in no way responsible for any service/product procured or Contracted by the Client.

The parties’ performance under this Contract, in whole or in part, is subject to acts of God, war, government regulation, terrorism, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities, or similar emergency beyond the parties’ control, making it impossible, illegal, or commercially inadvisable, or which materially affects a party’s ability to perform its obligations under this Contract.

Time is of the essence as is your performance and obligation herein. We reserve the right to cancel this Contract at any time, for any reason, prior to the wedding/event date, and will make a full refund of your booking fee deposit. If this Contract is enforced against you, you will pay all expenses incurred by Your Day Your Way including but not limited to attorney’s fees, filing fee, court costs, interest, consequential damages, etc.

This Contract is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, Baltimore County. NOW THEREFORE, this Contract embodies the entire understanding of the parties and any modification of the Contract shall be made in writing.

PANDEMIC WAIVER
~~
By agreeing to the following, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 or any other pandemic situation exists in any public place where people are present, including the wedding and/or event which you will be attending. You also acknowledge that although we will do our best to maintain all rules/guidelines imposed by state/local authorities, that those rules/guidelines may be violated at this wedding and/or event, through no fault of our own. By attending this wedding and/or event, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and any other Pandemic situations and agree not to hold Your Day Your Way LLC or Vision Me Mirror Photo Booth ; or any of their affiliates, referrals, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers liable for any illness or fatality or injury.
