7:00 am - Hair & makeup start (not all are getting services)

1:30-1:50 - Gather items to take to wedding, refreshments, bathroom breaks, etc.

1:50 - Leave for Culburn Mansion by shuttle - girls will be dressed

2:00 - Vendors may arrive at Cylburn Arboretum - Caterer (confirmed), photographer, coordinators, DJ, Florist, Photo Booth - confirmed

2:00 - Bride and Bridesmaids arrive at Cylburn Mansion

5:00 - Coordinators will repurpose flowers/decor from Ceremony / they will grab bouquets from the girls to repurpose for centerpieces under the tent

5:00-7:00 - Honeywood Rental available to move cocktail tables and ceremony chairs and bars
